Phone repair issues
I bought a phone at the Northgate branch last December. Around February the phones charging port just stopped working and I took it to mr price Northgate for them to send it to service provider for a repair. The employee I dealt with is called Zuma, very rude and has no customer service as everytime I call I never get answers and he blocked me on whatsapp. It's now August and I still don't have the phone back which makes me think my phone has been ******.. please sort your staff out and help me get my phone back

23 Jul 2022, 08:21I am very disappointed with how this whole situation is being handled.. You guys said a regional manager will get back to me only for thr cell phone department manager from Mr price Northgate to get back to me telling me the phone i have been waiting on to get fixed is sitting in store and the Zuma guy I dealt with resigned two weeks ago. So had I not came here to complain I would be waiting for a phone that has just been sitting in store to get fixed. I would still be waiting in December for something I took in around February.. I am not sure if you guys get the severity of this matter. I paid for the device and I expect you guys to sort out this issue as I handed in the device with the proof of purchase, how it got lost or didnt make it to MTN with the phone is a you guys kinda problem. I am not the one who should be wasting my time and resources trying to correct you wrongs. Next thing that will happen is the 1 year warranty will get void while my phone just sits in your store and no one communicating anything with me.
I am highly frustrated and I need this issue sorted out quick or just tell me to go take the phone and fix it myself cause you guys are ***********
