PHONE LOST AT THE TILL POINT

Today on the 11th of November 2022, I went to Mr Price at wonderpark to do my usual shopping with my boyfriend, we went to the till point to pay for the purchased items, it was around 15h00 then loadshedding took place and it was dark for a few minutes, therefore I think they had backups then the lights and everything else was switched on. Then we paid and left the store, in less than 6min I realized that I left my phone at the till point where I was paying for the purchased items. Then I went back to the store and the lady claimed that she did not see the phone, though we tracked the phone and it showed that it is in the store. Then we spoke with the management team and they failed to help us as well, and the lady was with her colleague. That the worst experience we had today at wonderpark Mr Price their customer service is poor.
