Phone issue

I have been trying to get my phone issue resolved for over three weeks. All I get is the run around. I had bought a phone for R2,000.00 cash, a Nokia 5.1 from your store in promenade mall Cape Town.

In two weeks of use the phone failed to read the sim card and I could not make or receive calls as it was not picking up the Vodacom network I was using. Long story short, I took the phone back to the store in the same week it got faulty.

It was sent to the Vodacom repairs shop in Somerset and I was given the job number ***3 via SMS. Couple of days later I receive a notification saying that I will have to pay R2,719.67!! for damages. Which is more than what I paid for the phone.
