Phone insurance with Mr Price.

I did bought a cell phone with them. The same day they phoned me to offer me insurance on the cell phone.But now I want to cancel this with Mr Price.But no one pic's up the line....after 2 houers I dropped the line.Then whent to Mr Price my self.Not even Mr Price can get hold off them.I left my cell no and account details for some one to phone me back.No one got back to me...and it's been almost a month now.And still taking money for insurance every month. Can't cancell or claim on this.???????
