PHONE GOT ******

I am so disgusted by the service I got at Mr price South Gate after I have reported that my phone got ****** while i am inside the store , the manager told me they can't help me cause the store does not have cameras and they are aware about the *****s and they see them walking inside they usually inform the customers.
