****phobic and rude staff members

I've just had a horrible experience at Mr price in kzn, Pietermaritzburg, church street branch. I am a female and I was blocked by a ****phobic sfaff member to use a fitting room because I wanted to try on male Pants. What he did left me feeling humiliated and disrespected as a customer. I've had an account with Mr price for about 10 years now and this was the first time anything like this ever happened. I went on to report this rude behavior to a lady supervisor I found on the floor and I have to say she was worse then the guy who blocked me. First, she ignored me when I tried to talk to her, then she walked away from me and I had to follow her to Report the matter, after she heard what complaint I heard, she could not stop smiling as if the whole thing was just one big joke to her. She then defended the fitting room guy. In the end I just gave up and walked away. I never got an apology from being treated so horrible for no reason by the guy. This happened between between 15:00 and 16:00 near to the fitting rooms. Unfortunately I do not have the staff names,the guy was black and working at the first floor fitting rooms and the lady was Indian and a supervisor.
