Persistent Unwanted Calls and Rude Customer Service from Mr Price

I’ve been receiving repeated calls from Mr Price encouraging me to open an account, despite clearly and politely declining the offer on three separate occasions. I have no interest in opening any accounts, yet the calls continue — often at inconvenient times, including while I’m at work.

What’s particularly frustrating is the way these calls are handled. I make an effort to respond respectfully and engage in a friendly manner, but as soon as I decline, the caller abruptly hangs up on me. This comes across as both rude and unprofessional.

I’m also concerned about how my contact details were obtained in the first place, as I don’t recall consenting to be contacted for this purpose.

I would appreciate it if my number could be removed from your calling list immediately, and that more consideration is given to respecting customers’ preferences and basic courtesy during interactions.
