PERPLEXED by non effeciency!!!

Im at Mr Price Sandton City right now for an emergency purchase. On my way to the store I realized I had forgotten my Mr Price account card at home but figured bring the loyal customer that I am, I have a Mr Price app on my mobile which has a great feature of a digital card with a barcode, my account number and my full names.

I got to the store and I was told by the 'Store Manager' by the name of Mahlasela that it's not possible as they know nothing about the app and more so the digital card feature. - I was utterly perplexed by the fact that an employee, let alone STORE MANAGER of such a large company would not know of such a system.

She blatantly refused to assist me even after I produced my ID and did not even bother to try it.

I am now forced to purchase with cash that I had put away for something else. This is TOTALLY ABSURD!
