People with no Listening s****s

When you get people to Call me, make sure its People Who LISTEN carefully to what me, as a client is saying. i missed last months payment and Received a Call from a twit who made it sound like im running away from my Debt. If you refer to my payment history, you would see im actually a Very good Client who buys about R600 a month, sometimes more with a Good payment history. my words to the twit, " I know i missed the payment. it was intentional as im PAYING THE ACCOUNT IN FULL ON WEDNESDAY THE 14th March 2018". Its **** like this that leaves a bad taste in ones mouth when it comes to a brand. Now the question is, Do i still have an MRP account after 14th March 2018??? ..... Lets see
