Pensioners dont qualify for accounts.
The level of service my Mom received from MR Price is appalling. The person she spoke to even dropped the phone in her ear. What type of service is that. My mother app**** for a Mr price account and now its declined due to her expenses being too much. What a joke. We even sent her bank statement so Mr price could not see that she has a surplus every month on her account. Is this the type of treatment people get at Mr price? So because my mother is a pensioner she does not qualify, this should then be stated in your terms and condition when applying.
