My name is mulaudzi sandra of id no *** I worked for 8 years at power fashion, now is under Mr. price group. In the current year I got suspended in 22 August 2025. Afterwards they ask me to sign a form whereby I indicates that I want to withdraw all my pension and retirement fund. I went to the store and fill the necessary documents for my pension fund so that the manager will send them to the relevant office which is the head office. My manager also requests for UI19 form that I have to use at UIF. Since then, I haven’t received any communication or any cent until I called the head office last week on the 08 October 2025 and they told me they don’t have any claim in their system, they asked me to resend those documents by myself, and I also asked them to send me UI19 even today I haven’t received it. I am not working and now I have to suffer while Mr. Price group is holding my funds please help.my contact is ***or ***
