Payment options not working.

I regret opening an account with Mr Price, their payments options dont work and they put you on bad credit if you miss just 1 day monthly instalment.

1. App - It always crashes and half of the time it cant link "My Mr Price Money" it comes with all sorts of errors and if it does manage to go in it only shows statements from 2019.

2. Website - it also doesnt work at all, it is always coming with error : request to http://mrpgservices/graphql/ failed, reason: socket hang up

3. Phone prompt (*120*410#) - After you are done entering your bank account number it will just tell you "Payment in progess" you dont even know if it is actually going to do the payment or what.

It means the only option that actually work is to go straight to the store like we are in the 1950s.

I am really not happy with Mr Price and cant wait to finish paying the account and closing it before they damage my credit even more.
