Payment not reflecting

<p>After numerous times trying to contact customer support I still have the problem. I did a eft transfer on the 4th of Desember to pay my account, it still is not reflecting. New statement with the extra interest also. I cannot get a answer why this is. But this reflects badly on me and I think it is unfair. </p>
