Payment Messup

<p>I opened my account at the beginning of august and was told that my first payment would only be due at the end of september. However, I received an sms last week stating that my account was overdue. and after calling the call centre was told I could EFT and email the POP to ********** <p>I did this but I kept getting calls that my account was still in arrears. I explained that I'd already made payment for the month. This morning though I recevied an SMS that my account has been reported to the Credit Bureau. This has hurt my credit rating and it's over something they never communicated about until it was late and even after payment was done I still got blacklisted. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist in restoring my record and clearing my name as this will affect my interactions with other organisations.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
