Payment made, but not reflecting!!

I have made a payment to my Mr Price account via EFT on 02 December, it is listed on my beneficiary list as I have paid before, so no room for error, it is still not reflecting as a payment. The amount was for R200. I have confirmed with my bank and the payment was successful. So why is it not reflecting?? I visited the Kenilworth branch on Saturday and made another R200 cash payment, and picked up that the payment is not reflecting, the assistant could not even answer why and told me eft takes a week!! LIES!! my eft payment made on 09/11/15 reflected the same day into MRP...Please advise urgently!!!
