 No feedback or response received on online order that was paid for I placed an order on Mr Price online on the 26th Of October 2017 . I have placed an order online before and received it, but on the 26/10/2017 I placed an Order and did an debit/credit payment through there secure access payment options , the payment was processed and then the session was timed out and when I went back to the order it had shown that it was still in my cart and I had not placed and paid the order and therefore had not received an order confirmation. I then shortly received a message from FNB stating that the amount had gone off for Mr price Group Limit. I then phoned FNB to reverse the payment and they advised that I should phone the merchant being Mr Price with the reference number given by FNB for the order to either be authorised or the money to be reversed. I then contacted the Mr Price customer care line and spoke to a gentleman in the online shopping and orders department , he advised that I should continue emailing my query and problem to their Mr price help email and that they would contact me. I have still not received any feedback from anyone since the 2017/10/27. It will now be a week tomorrow , I have paid for my order and money has been taken off my account , but no feedback and no order. I am incredibly unhappy with their service and this is very unprofessional. I do online shopping regularly and I have never had these problems with other retail groups except Mr Price. Very bad service ! Extremely unhelpful
