Payment allocation a nightmare
I am frustrated with the system of this shop, I paid my account via Instant EFT and it takes minutes for the payment to reflect on the account but now it has been 3 days the payment does not reflect, told to send proof of payment which I did and the payment is still not reflecting.
How does one get assistance in this matter?
