Payment

Kindly assist me, I made two payments of R500.00 on the Mr Price website using my credit card details on 21.05.2019 However, only one payment is reflecting on my account. I sent my bank statement on the 30th May 2019 so that they can assist to and allocate the payment. I went to the bank and I cant get the POP as payment was made on their website. I havent got any response from them. I paid R9000.00 yesterday as I want to close the account and i cant do it before the payment is allocated.
