Paying for goods never agreed on

<p>I have an account with Mr.price, the last time I took anything on credit was last year november and the credit was R1100 since november i have just being paying the account so when i went on the 08 May 2017 to close the account to my suprise I still owed R1100 so I asked how this could be possible they say instore that i have a contract sim card with mr.price and that was what i paid for all this time now my problem is I have never recieved a sim card from mr.price, I never knew mr.price even selled those, I have been paying for something i did not agree on and that i do not need and therefore i am really disapointed in the service recieved because its seems i have been paying for stuff i didnt know and i feel betrayed as a consumer because it is misrepresentation of product therefore i would like mr.price to re-imburse me for all the months i have paid as soon as possible and i want to close my account </p>
