Paying for blunders at Mr Price

I wish to make a complaint about Mr Price

When I paid for a shirt I bought on my Mr Price account I told the cashier I want to pay all of the amount.This was sometime in June I think. Now some pathetic mistake on their system is saying I owe money when I don't as I paid the amount in full. This is utter nonsense it makes customers like myself that diligently pay their accounts all the time feel like they are being fleeced for more money.

I'm sick of having to pay for such incompetence.Especially during such extremely difficult financial times because of the lock down saga.

It seems Mr Price doesn't seem to care about their loyal customers
