Pay Back My Money! MRP ********

I made an online purchase on 28 Aug 2020. Payment went through as usual and I awaited delivery of my goods. Followed up a few days later only to find my order was not processed. Sent the Proof of payment as requested by the nonchalant WhatsApp and Email agents of MRP and I been waiting for positive feedback ever since. I provided everything I needed to on my side, nobody bothers to respond to emails or provide any updates. I sent 100 emails begging for feed back and when they eventually respond, I am told to "double check" with my bank. I have provided a clear Proof of payment , showing the details of MRP account in which the funds were paid into via EFT yet the won't accept ownership. Customer care is non existing, not even one apology to date for the frustration and inconvenience caused!

Wake up Mr Price! In case you didn't know, your customers are your damn source of income! Take care of them. #PayBackMyMoney
