PATHETIC USELESS SERVICE I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED MR PRICE

Been trying to cancel the policies and insurance on my account since last month. Been to a branch 3 times just to hear come back tomorrow or Sunday and and then every time no sorry we can't help. Then i am told to call 140 from the sim card i got when i opened my account. I called and held on for 2 hours to get from caller 8 to caller 1. The moment i reached the front of the queue my 2 hours call was cut off. I have sent an email to 2 different emails. I've tried calling 2 other numbers i found on google, nr are not available. Then i was asked if i wanted a call back from both numbers..... I am still waiting. I called head office on the 031 nr and it's not available!!!!!!!!!!
