pathetic / useless / and every other word that goes with the 1st 2

Absolutely pathetic services. 2024 had problem with my finances, so i paid late. Due to system glitch payment wasn't picked up & i was handed over to legal. After about a month or 2 I was finally able to sort that out. All the while they updated the credit bureaus with negative rating. Not the end of it, because the systems are not in sync (Mr Price & their Debt Collectors) I still received calls & emails for about 6months after.

Fast track to 2025 - Had an issue where i had seek help from a debt counsellor (No I'm wasn't under debt review anymore) not sure, what Mr Prices receives about my profile but decide to place me under debt review. Ok I understand the miscommunication & i forward them the relevant documentation to remove the debt review, but guess what a month later & no response, nothing what so ever.

I received much more help from the guys in the stores, then the (I want to use bad words) people working at head office or where ever they sit. The guys at the stores are much more customer orientated & willing help then the people in customer care/services , debtors, legal, etc.

I then try their WhatsApp Number. After making me wait for almost an hour, they close the chat in under 3 minutes because i don't respond. I don't work, i have all the time in world to wait for your response.

I have all correspondences, even an email stating query received but no reference number. So if there's anyone that can help other then the ******** people I have already been sending emails to. Please do
