Pathetic Unproffesional Customer Service - Menlyn / Forest Hill

I have bought a cellphone from Mr Price 06/10/2019. The phone does not switch on.I went to menlyn store 3x times to get assistance with the cellphone. The 1st time i went the lady at the cellphone counter said to me that she can assist i have to come back the next day for Tshepiso Nidiri. I went there and he advise that he needs the slip as proof of purchase. I went back saturday 07/12/2019, after waiting for Tshepiso again almost 15min he arrived completed the papers and said we need to go the vodacom service centre. At vodacom service centre waited again 15 min the lady working at counter 18 not even checking the papers that was completed just advise we are going to pay for the repairs because the screen is cracked. Try to explain we did not come to prepare the screen,still assist we are going to pay. I took the papers and left. Got a call from Mr Price, ask to cancel the insurance. Yesterday i went to Forest Hill to buy. After look time in que waiting the lady told me that the card has been cancelled and their cant phone the head office because it is closed already. This is pathetic because first we had to wait 3x days without assistance with the cellphone from the Mr Price Menlyn and still their cancelled the card instead of the cellphone insurance. Then the staff that help us just start to speak tswane and just expect us to understand what was explained although i have greeted in English.
