Pathetic-they do not know how to assist-response from cashiers at Baywest

Tried to collect my online parcel but app did not want to open and then not one but TWO of the cashiers at Baywest told me that they do not know how to assist me...They did not know how to???Why are they earning salaries? Surely they could at least have tried by asking my surname?
