Pathetic store &service

Pathetic stores and service !!!

Last year ... I assume safe had stole my phones out of my bag In Sandton... cause when I report the lady asked how many phones and answered 2 ? Of them ?

How can a store have no cameras ???

So I lost all **** in that store... The staff said "sorry" How poor service and that couldn't help ...sies s

Well any way I got 2 phones on my account they such in a close i got no paper from them

I then paid my account off I had no phone insurance ...ever and

Magically I get billed.. over and over and log complains to settle this...

Now I sit with a bill when I didn't agree to any insurance .

How can a company function without proper communication.

I will never shop with them again...

Very disappointed in the staff and service .
