Pathetic service when you lose ur slip!!!

Purchased boots a week ago Fitted on noticed its torn! Tagged in place took it back lost my slip Have the proof on my bank account, Stood in east rand mall for 40 minutes was sent back cos i dont have a slip YeT boots still on stock! Why couldnt eastgate check the slips of the day????
