Pathetic service : online order

Online order placed 27 May. Got email notifying me order was shipped. According to tracking On The Dot couriers got it on 1 June. On 8 June I phoned courier, was "transferred" to right department, which ended up being Mr Price customer service. Held for ages and was eventually told my order would be delivered by 10am on 9 June. Tracking shows it went out for delivery at 7:40. It is now 19:47 and nothing. Pathetic!
