Pathetic service on delivery- Dont be fooled.....

I placed an order online with Mr Price Clothing on the 20/01/2016, they work with ON THE DOT courier service for delivery, Someone from the courier service called me on Friday the 22/01/2016 asking me where i stay i mean really??? he then tells me he does not have airtime and cuts the call. I called on the 27/01/2016 a week later asking what the delay is with my order, Mr price said they will contact the courier and call me back, the same day someone from the courier service called me asking my address again, i gave it to him he said he was on his way and no one arrived. This is ridiculous... Its now the 28/01/2016 and i still have not received my order despite the payment made on the 20/01/2016. When i had my account my orders used to be delivered to me within 2 days time now that's its cash they don't deliver. What the **** is going on?? Is the courier service useless ON THE DOT or is MR PRICE GOING DOWN.. Someone call and explain to me.... Dont ***** money from customers....
