Pathetic service not even worth 1 star!

<p>This evening, 22/12/2016, I popped into the Westgate Mall Branch for just 2 items, got what I wanted, but definitely didn't get service to go with the purchase. Your cashier Denise is more interested in chatting to her fellow cashier instead of serving me with an acceptable attitude or even acknowledging me as a customer! She doesn't greet, throws the hangers one side, grabs the items, shoves it in a bag and waits for payment All while conversing with fellow cashier. Not a single word exchanged from cashier to me as a Customer! </p> <p>It takes only 1 employee like Denise to lose a customer, their family and friends and Denise should remember that the doors open for customers in order for her to earn a salary! </p>
