Pathetic service MrPrice Online

Been waiting for my order since last month, even though App estimates a meer 4-6days to deliver an order. I have called twice, emailed and WhatsApp but still nothing...ooohhh I have been to my nearest MrPrice branch but they too claimed they couldn't help. At this point I want my money back, NO VOUCHER!!! Please do yourselves a favour and go into a branch, MrPrice Online has decided to drop the ball IT IS *******!!!
