Pathetic service mrp online shopping

So i purchased something online from Mr price. This is the first and last time i do so. I paid for an express delivery which is only R60 but my complaint is about the principle. I placed the order on the 1st and got an email on the 2nd saying that i will get my goods on the 4th...... which is already not "express". I then gave them a call today being the 4th out of common courtesy to advise them that i will only be at the delivery address until 4pm and then they tell me that the shipping company says it will only be delivered the 5th. That is definitely not express delivery. You should not let people pay for a service that you are not actually able to render. That is unfair and in my eyes you are *****ling from me. You should take that express delivery option off your system. I have emailed you requesting a manager to contact me and i want my delivery today. The items purchased are to wear to an event. If i only get it tomorrow i do not have time to change my mind or even go and get me a back up if it doesnt fit well. I did not spend a little money on my purchase it was quite a substantial amount and i deserve to get the treatment i paid for. This is very shocking pathetic service.
