Pathetic Service Kathu

I bought things online and received different sizes than the ones indicated on the tags. I went to Mr Price Kathu to exchange the products as they had the stock. I am super upset with the pathetic service from Justin. He said they cannot help me, he cannot get hold of someone.....waiting for over an hour. He continued doing his own things. I paid for the delivery and I am not at fault for receiving the wrong products. Now I have to waste my time standing there, I am sure if he really wanted to he could have made a plan. I also work and do not have the time to go up and down. I request the correct products be send to me or a full refund. I will jot pay to return the product via courier as I did go to the shop and they dis not want to assist.
