Pathetic Service -INV***

I have signed up for a cellphone that was told to me that it would cost R149 per month . After i have signed up I had debits of small amounts adding up to R500 coming off from my account . A month later I received a bill of R649 which I have requested a items bill and im even will to pay for this itemized bill , I was told they cannot assist me . Reason asking for this is that we have never used this sim but yet we receiving this bill where call has been made . The month of that I received another bill of R647 and yet Mr price cannot give me a detail statement of how they came to this amount. I find this service most disgusting . I will taking this further with the Ombuds man, as Mr price can assist me with the detail information in order to pay the account .
