Pathetic service from MrPrice Money

I have paid my MrPrice Money account almost 3 months ago, but they haven't put it through yet. After countless calls and emails it still isn't fixed. I even received a call from their debt collector's and after explaining the issue she gave me her supervisor's email address to send the proof of payment to, but to no avail.
