Pathetic Service from MRP yet again
I returned an item in George to later find out that they charged my account again for the item instead of reversing the item. Mr Price then tells me they can't assist me I need to go to the store in George and rectify it there myself. like *** I'm in Joburg and won't be in George anytime soon. What is the point of having an accounts department when they can't bleddy assist!!!
