Pathetic service from Mr Price online shopping

Pathetic delivery service, I placed an online order with MR Price on the 1st of September and up until today the 13th of September o haven’t received my order!! I have to call them daily to follow up on the order, wait on the line for +- 15 min while they ‘try to contact the courier ‘
