Pathetic service from Mr price online group

Pathetic, worst service ever all the way from the very start!!! I made an online purchase at Mr price online group on the 27th of July 2018. When I didn't get any communication, I called their client care on Tuesday and ended up with a unprofessional consultant with no telephone etiquette who rudely told me I had to wait for 48 hours for payment to reflect. There after, I had to call constantly to confirm if payment was received as they never called me instead they cancelled the order and my money had already gone thru to them. I called again to follow up, they promised to call me back, this wasn't done until some time afterwards. I then asked my bank to reverse the funds as it had been way over 7 days. I happened to speak to an agent called Michelin, whom I clearly told I want my money back and I've requested my bank to do a refund. Please dont reject. She agreed on their recorded line, and yet the next day they had rejected my bank's request. Again, she asked if I wanted a voucher I said NO, I wanted my money back. Once again Michelin agreed and said that was fine and the next day I received a voucher from Mr price regardless!!!! I want my money back Mr price, I dont want your damn vouchers. I refuse to step foot in your stupid stores. I feel so disrespected and undermineded by a company I've loved through out the years!! You showed no concern for my grievenses, and then your consultant had the nerve to ignore my requests twice, and do as she pleased. Pathetic !!!!
