Pathetic service from Mr Price call centre

Been calling in since yesterday for an agent to assist with linking my account. When they hear its me calling the put the call on hold for 10min plus. Then you get a few who try to assist but I think its beyond them!!!!Pathetic service. Do they not have an IT department?!!
