Pathetic service from Mr Price accounts

Service is very very bad!

Purchased a birthday voucher online for a friend. Was charged twice on my account. Queried a few times via WhatsApp. They take hours to respond, which is ok, know everyone is busy. But if they reply and you do not respond within 2 minutes, the chat is closed!! When queried via email, was asked to go in store to rectify. Went al the way in store just to be told it was done online, so online must sort the problem. Perfect!! To top it all, when my friend went to redeem, oh sorry, the voucher is invalid! This is pathetic!!!!
