Pathetic service from mr price

GU Day I ordered clothing online for my daughter and my son collected it at canal walk branch. There were three staff members at the counter. My son waited 8 minutes for them to get off their phones. It took a further 7 minutes to look for the order. Got home it was not what was ordered. I ordered a two set pyjams (only received one set) and two onesee pyjamas with diffrent pattern.. Mrp sent both in the same pattern. How can one order be so messed up!
