Pathetic service from Canal Walk Mr Price Staff!

I was as Mr Price Canal Walk 7 August 2022 with my father that is a Pensioner! We went and paid his account in full and the cashier advised that she cannot close the account on the sane day. Utter ******* and laziness of your staff! Must we drive back and fourth for us to close an account! So we went as she said sometime after paying it in full which was today the 13th August to the kenilworth branch, we now incured fees for other **** we WILL NOT PAY THIS,THIS ACCOUNT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED WHEN REQUESTED BY YOUR CUSTOMER!!!! Please contact me asap and close this account with immediate effect.
