Pathetic service from a lazy Consultant

I spoke to Chloe Colbeck in August already informing her thar I didn't sign up for insurance, her response was "deal with the insurance department", I refused as she was the point of contact as I already spent days calling the insurance department and holding on for long periods as nobody picks up, eventually I became fed up and told her to close my account, which she never did, but over the weekend I notice on my credit bureau report "2 missed payments" from Mr Price. This is totally unacceptable and Chloe messed up my clean credit record, I need to log this as a complaint with the Ncr immediately.
