Pathetic service

Pathetic service from Mr price pavilion, the so called management is useless, I purchased items at Musgrave using the account and I had to exchange it as it was smaller, to my bad luck I went to pavilion as I know they'll have more options for me, I got the item and went to the till, I was first assisted by Neliswa who redirected me to a different counter as she claimed the supervisor cannot come to where I was, I walked from one side of the the store the other, oh prior to that I asked neliswa if I can exchange without the card she just said I must go to the other side, I went and stood In the line, my kids are already irritated from this up and down. Got to the till, the cashier says she needs my store card she's unable to exchange the items for me, she called 2 other ladies, Thabi And zama who insisted that they cannot assist I must either go back and fetch the card or replace it at my cost, I'm parked on the other side of the mall with 2 irritated children, I asked if I can't use my ID number and any other security questions they refused, I asked to just have the item returned and my store account credited and just pay cash for the other items I had taken, still refused, she told me I'll have to get the card replaced from one side of the store again and come back to where we were as the supervisors are only on that side, like what **** is this, why can they not be logic, it's too pathetic really.
