PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!

I have never received such pathetic service anywhere else. I made an online purchase for essentials which were winter clothes for my kids. Mr Price Cleary states delivery will take place between 8am-5pm Monday To Friday suddenly delivery took place on a Saturday with absolutely no notification and to date I haven't received my delivery. Couriers don't verify who they delivering to, my order was delivered to a Janine and yet when placing my order it clearly stated to call when outside!!! The contact Centre agents are not at all helpful because the situation hasn't happened to them!!!! I'm taking this further and make sure Mr Price will be exposed. I should've read the pathetic reviews before placing my order because I'm certainly not the only unhappy customer.
