Pathetic Service

I have recieved a message saying that my account is in arrears even though I have made payments, I was informed that I have been handed over to the credit bureau. I have tried to contact Mr Price countless times today and all that happens is I get put through to different deparments and then I have to hold for over an hour with no response. This is absolutely pathetic service, how am I supposed to rectify the situation if I can't get hold of customer care. If I get black listed I will be contacting my lawyers.
