Pathetic Service despite paying the R45 delivery fee

<p>I am very annoyed with the service recieved , I placed my order on the Monday order number ********** 50723. Paid for shipping that says 1-3 working days. The order still saying processing , I called the call centre this morning and the agent advises that he will refund me in a form of a voucher. This is not a solution. I placed this online order and paid the delivery fee of R45 for my order to be delivered in 1-3 days. I am highly annoyed with this service recieved . I want my order ... </p> <p> </p> <p>Mr Price online is supposed to be convenient. The website says 1-3 days </p>
