Pathetic Service Delivery from ONLINE STORE

I have placed an online order on the 26 of November and received a sms on the 1st of December advising my parcel will be delivered on the 2nd. Nothing was delivered on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and today the 5th I am still waiting. When I request feedback from the whats app line, I am told I will receive it today. Clearly their today is 4 days and counting later. I will never shop with Mr Price again, as I could have gone to the store and bought the item already instead of using this pathetic online store of theirs. GET YOUR SERVICE DELIVERY SORTED and VERY QUICKLY, Clearly your customer satisfaction is not a concern to you anymore.
