Pathetic Service Delivery
I placed an order on the MRP website on the 23rd November 2017. According to the website delivery of the parcel would be within 1-3 business days. Today is business day 5. I cannot understand how such a large company cannot deliver on their promise. I am highly disappointed and quite frankly lost all high hopes for this company - just when i thought things were looking up for MRP. Please rectify this immediately as this is no way to treat customers among'st a consumer sector with options to shop at your competitors. I expect delivery today 30th November 2017.
