pathetic service

i have been in arrears with my Mr price clothing account but even though i am struggling i still make it my duty to make arrangements , in April i was unable to make a payment due to a fmaily death and i have been emailing them and trying to he assistance with a new arraangement but no one is reaponding or trying to help me , they want clients to pay but when you need help no one wants to assist i am so disappointed in their service i always email *** and the people who assist there gives us the worst assistance and can be so impatient and rude i am very disappointed now i understand why people just ignore their debts in south africa because of poor customer service , if anyone wants to help email me on ***
